Santa Lucia di Mercoriu is a village in the former pieve of Talcini, now part of the Pasquale Paoli Community of Communes.

It is made up of several hamlets: U Pughjolu, A Chjelza (Ghjelsa), l'Aghja Suttana, U Pian di Vallu and U Fiuminale.
The inhabitants are called Santaluciacci.
